أنواع الاستسقاء وأفضله.
وقت الاستسقاء:
إذا كان الاستسقاء بالدعاء فلا خلاف في أنه يكون في أي وقت، وإذا كان بالصلاة والدعاء، فالفقهاء متفقون على منع أدائها في أوقات الكراهة، وذهب جمهور الفقهاء إلى أنها تجوز في أي وقت عدا أوقات الكراهة.
والخلاف بينهم إنما هو في الوقت الأفضل.
ما عدا المالكية فقالوا: وقتها من وقت الضحى إلى الزوال، فلا تصلى قبله ولا بعده.
وللشافعية في الوقت الأفضل ثلاثة أوجه([1] :
الأول: ووافقهم عليه المالكية، وهو الأولى عند الحنابلة([2] : وقت صلاة الاستسقاء وقت صلاة العيد.
الثاني: أول وقتها وقت صلاة العيد، وتمتد إلى صلاة العصر.
الثالث: وعبر عنه الشافعية بالصحيح والصواب، وهو الرأي المرجوح عند الحنابلة([3] : أنها لا تختص بوقت معين، بل تجوز في كل وقت من ليل أو نهار، إلا أوقات الكراهة على أحد الوجهين، وهو الذي نص عليه الشافعي، وبه قطع جمهور الفقهاء، وصححه المحققون.
