تعريف الكسوف، الحكم التكليفي.
دليل مشروعيته.
وقت صلاة الكسوف.
صلاة الكسوف في الأوقات التي تكره فيها الصلاة.
فوات صلاة الكسوف:
تفوت صلاة كسوف الشمس بأحد أمرين:
الأول: انجلاء جميعها.
فإن انجلى البعض فله الشروع في الصلاة للباقي، كما لو لم ينكسف إلا ذلك القدر.
الآخر: بغروبها كاسفة.
ويفوت خسوف القمر بأحد أمرين:
الأول: الانجلاء الكامل.
الآخر: طلوع الشمس.
ولو حَالَ سحابٌ، وشَكَّ في الانجلاء صلى؛ لأن الأصل بقاء الكسوف.
ولو كانا تحت غمام، فظُنَّ الكسوفَ لم يُصَلَّ حتى يُسْتَيْقَن([1] .
وقال المالكية: إن غاب القمر وهو خاسف لم يُصَلَّ للخسوف([2] .
وإن صلى ولم تنجلِ (الظاهرة) لم تُكَرَّر الصلاة؛ لأنه لم ينقل عن أحد.
وإن انجلت وهو في الصلاة أتمها؛ لأنها صلاةُ أصلٍ، وليست بدلاً عن غيرها؛ فلا يخرج منها بخروج وقتها كسائر الصلوات([3] .
