المبحث السابع: صلاة الكسوف
تعريف الكسوف، الحكم التكليفي.
دليل مشروعيته.
وقت صلاة الكسوف.
صلاة الكسوف في الأوقات التي تكره فيها الصلاة.
فوات صلاة الكسوف.
سنن صلاة الكسوف:
1) أن يغتسل لها؛ لأنها صلاة شُرِع لها الاجتماع.
2) وأن تصلى حيث تصلى الجمعة؛ لأن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: صلاها في المسجد.
3) وأن يدعى لها: (الصلاة جامعة)؛ لما روى عبد الله بن عمرو رضي الله عنهما: قال: لما كسفت الشمس على عهد رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم نودي: إن الصلاة جامعة([1] ، وليس لها أذان ولا إقامة اتفاقاً.
4) وأن يُكْثِر ذكرَ الله، والاستغفار، والتكبير والصدقة، والتقرب إلى الله تعالى بما استطاع من القُرَب، لقول رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: "فَإِذَا رَأَيْتُمْ ذَلِكَ فَادْعُوا اللَّهَ وَكَبِّرُوا وَصَلُّوا وَتَصَدَّقُوا"([2] .
5) وأن يصلوا جماعة؛ لأن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم صلاها في جماعة([3] .
وقال أبو حنيفة، ومالك: يصلى لخسوف القمر وحداناً: ركعتين، ركعتين، ولا يصلونها جماعة؛ لأن الصلاةَ جماعةً لخسوف القمر لم تنقل عن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم مع أن خسوفه كان أكثر من كسوف الشمس، ولأن الأصل أن غير المكتوبة لا تؤدى بجماعة إلا إذا ثبت ذلك بدليل، ولا دليل فيها([4] .
