تعريف الكسوف، الحكم التكليفي.

الخطبة فيها:
قال أبو حنيفة ومالك وأحمد: لا خطبة لصلاة الكسوف، وذلك لحديث رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: "فَإِذَا رَأَيْتُمْ ذَلِكَ فَادْعُوا اللَّهَ وَكَبِّرُوا وَصَلُّوا وَتَصَدَّقُوا"([1] ، أمرهم عليه الصلاة والسلام بالصلاة، والدعاء، والتكبير، والصدقة، ولم يأمرهم بخطبة، ولو كانت الخطبة مشروعة فيها لأمرهم بها؛ ولأنها صلاة يفعلها المنفرد في بيته؛ فلم يشرع لها خطبة([2] .
وقال الشافعية: يسن أن يخطب لها بعد الصلاة خطبتان، كخطبتي العيد([3] ؛ لما روت عائشة رضي الله عنها: أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم لَمَّا فَرَغَ مِنَ الصَّلاَةِ قَامَ وَخَطَبَ النَّاسَ، فَحَمِدَ اللَّهَ وَأَثْنَى عَلَيْهِ، ثُمَّ قَال: "إِنَّ الشَّمْسَ وَالْقَمَرَ آيَتَانِ مِنْ آيَاتِ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَل، لاَ يُخْسَفَانِ لِمَوْتِ أَحَدٍ وَلاَ لِحَيَاتِهِ، فَإِذَا رَأَيْتُمْ ذَلِكَ فَادْعُوا اللَّهَ وَكَبِّرُوا وَصَلُّوا وَتَصَدَّقُوا"([4] .
وتشرع صلاة الكسوف للمنفرد، والمسافر والنساء؛ لأن عائشة، وأسماء رضي الله عنهما صلتا مع رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم([5] .
