التيمم بديل عن الماء
التيمم بدل عن الماء:
ذهب عامة الفقهاء([1] ) إلى أن التيمم ينوب عن الوضوء من الحدث الأصغر، وعن الغسل من الجنابة والحيض والنفاس فيصح به ما يصح بهما من صلاة فرض أو سنة وطواف وقراءة للجنب ومس مصحف ونحو ذلك.
والدليل من السنة، حديث عمران بن حصين قال: كنا مع رسول الله r في سفر فصلى بالناس، فإذا هو برجل معتزل. فقال: ما منعك أن تصلي؟ قال: أصابتني جنابة، ولا ماء. قال: "عَلَيْك بِالصَّعِيدِ فَإِنَّهُ يَكْفِيك"([2] ) .
وحديث جابر قال: خرجنا في سفر، فأصاب رجلاً منا حجرٌ فشجه في رأسه ثم احتلم، فسأل أصحابه، هل تجدون لي رخصة في التيمم؟ فقالوا: ما نجد لك رخصة وأنت تقدر على الماء، فاغتسل فمات، فلما قدمنا على رسول الله r أخبر بذلك، فقال: "قَتَلُوهُ قَتَلَهُمُ اللَّهُ، أَلاَ سَأَلُوا إِذْ لَمْ يَعْلَمُوا، فَإِنَّمَا شِفَاءُ الْعِيِّ السُّؤَال، إِنَّمَا كَانَ يَكْفِيهِ أَنْ يَتَيَمَّمَ وَيَعْصِرَ، أَوْ يَعْصِبَ عَلَى جُرْحِهِ ثُمَّ يَمْسَحَ عَلَيْهِ، وَيَغْسِل سَائِرَ جَسَدِهِ"([3] ) .
وحديث عمرو بن العاص: أنه لما بعث في غزوة ذات السلاسل قال: احتلمت في ليلة باردة شديدة البرد، فأشفقت إن اغتسلت أن أَهْلِكَ، فتيممت ثم صليت بأصحابي صلاة الصبح، فلما قدمنا على رسول الله r ذكروا ذلك له، فقال: يَا عَمْرُو، صَلَّيْتَ بِأَصْحَابِكَ وَأَنْتَ جُنُبٌ، فقلت: ذكرت قول الله تعالى: {وَلاَ تَقْتُلُوا أَنْفُسَكُمْ إِنَّ اللَّهَ كَانَ بِكُمْ رَحِيمًا} [النساء: 29] فتيممت، ثم صليت، فضحك رسول الله r ولم يقل شيئاً([4] ) . فيدل هذا الحديث على جواز التيمم من شدة البرد([5] ) .
