شروط وجوب الزكاة في الزروع والثمار:
لا يشترط الحول في زكاة الزروع والثمار اتفاقاً([1] ، لقول الله تعالى: {وَآتُوا حَقَّهُ يَوْمَ حَصَادِهِ} [الأنعام: 141].
ويشترط لوجوب الزكاة في الزروع والثمار النصاب: ونصابها خمسة أوسق([2] (612 كيلو جرام) عند جمهور الفقهاء؛ لما ثبت أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: "لَيْسَ فِيمَا دُونَ خَمْسَةِ أَوْسَاقٍ مِنْ تَمْرٍ وَلاَ حَبٍّ صَدَقَةٌ"([3] .
وقال أبو حنيفة: لا يشترط نصاب لزكاة الزروع والثمار بل هي واجبة في القليل والكثير ما لم يكن أقل من نصف صاع([4] .
