زكاة الزروع والثمار في الفتاوى المعاصرة([1] :
أولاً: وجوب الزكاة في كل ما تنتجه الأرض من الزروع والثمار والخضروات إذا بلغت نصاباً.
ثانياً: النصاب الشرعي في الزروع والثمار والخضروات هو خمسة أوسق([2] (612 كيلو جرام)، وكل وسق ستون صاعاً، والصاع([3] (2040 جراماً من حبوب القمح، أو 2.582 ليتراً)، خمسة أرطال([4] وثلث رطل بغدادي، وما لا يكال يكون النصابُ فيه مقدارَ النصاب في أوسط الحبوب المقتاتة في الغالب.
ثالثاً: وجوب الزكاة في العسل إذا بلغ نصاباً، وهو عشرة أفرق (61.200 كيلو جراماً)، والفَرَق([5] ستة عشر رطلاً بغدادياً.
رابعاً: الأصل في زكاة الزروع والثمار والخضروات إخراجها من أعيانها، ويجوز دفع قيمتها للمصلحة.
خامساً: للمؤسسات الزكوية تقدير الزكاة في الثمار بطريق الخرص (التقدير التقريبي من أهل الخبرة العدول). ويراعى عند الخرص إعفاء ربع الثمار أو ثلثها من الزكاة حسب تقدير مؤسسة الزكاة لحاجات المزكي.
سادساً: لا تضم الأجناس المختلفة بعضها إلى بعض في اعتبار النصاب عند إخراج الزكاة، وتضم الأنواع في الجنس الواحد.
سابعاً: للخلطة في الثمار والزروع والخضروات تأثير في الزكاة، فيحسب الخليط بمثال مال واحد من حيث النصاب.
ثامناً: زكاة ما يخرج من الأرض المستأجرة أو المستعارة على المستأجر أو المستعير.
تاسعاً: المنشآت الزراعية التي تبيع ما تنتجه تؤدي زكاة الزروع والثمار، أما المنشآت التي تتاجر في المحاصيل الزراعية فتزكيها زكاة عروض التجارة.
عاشراً:
أ - مقدار الزكاة في المحاصيل الزراعية العشر (10%) إذا كانت تسقى بماء السماء ونحوه، ونصف العشر (5%) إذا كانت تسقى بطريقة الآبار ونحوها مما فيه كلفة معتبرة عند السقي.
ب – زكاة العسل العشر (10%) من الناتج.
