كيف تقدر زكاة الأسهم؟
حساب الزكاة في أموال الشركات والمؤسسات والمتاجر والمصانع؟
زكاة المُسْتَغَلاَّت (العمارات، المصانع، دور السكنى، الفنادق).
زكاة كسب العمل وإيرادات المهن الحُرة.
الموقف من الإيراد غير المنتظم لذوي المهن الحُرة:
دَخْلُ أصحاب المهن الحرة قد يكون يومياً، أو أسبوعياً، أو شهرياً، فكيف يعتبر النصاب في هذه الأحوال، وهنا حلان لهذه المسألة:
الأول: أن يعتبر النصاب من كل مبلغ يقبض من الدخل، فما بلغ منه نصاباً يزكى، وما لم يبلغ نصاباً فلا زكاة فيه.
وهذا الرأي تطبيق لآراء الصحابة والفقهاء الذين قالوا بتزكية المال المستفاد عند قبضه إذا بلغ نصاباً.
وهذا الرأي له وجهه، فهو يعفي ذوي الدخول الصغيرة، ومَن في حكمهم، من أداء الزكاة.
غير أننا لو اعتبرنا النصاب في كل مبلغ لكان معنى ذلك إعفاء جمهور ذوي المهن الحرة الذي يأتيهم إيرادهم على دفعات متقاربة، وقلما تبلغ الدفعة منها نصاباً، ولو جمعت هذه الدفعات في مدد متقاربة لبلغت عدة أنصبة.
وهذا يبرز الحل الثاني.
الثاني: ضم الدخل المستفاد على فترات في مدد متقاربة إلى بعضه في احتساب نصاب الزكاة، وفي أدائها.
وبناء على ذلك، تُؤْخَذ الزكاة من صافي دخل الموظف وغيره من ذوي المهن الحرة في سنة كاملة إذا بلغ الصافي نصاباً.
