السؤال: هل يجوز استثمار بعض الأموال في بناء مصانع حرفية يعود ريعها لتمويل المشاريع الإسلامية؟.
الجواب([1] : يجوز الاستثمار في بناء مصانع يعود ريعها لتمويل مشاريع إسلامية، إذا كانت تلك المشاريع إسلامية، وإذا كانت تلك المشاريع من جهات صرف الزكاة؛ بشرط أن تظل أعيان تلك المصانع من مال الزكاة الواجب صرفه، بحيث إذا بيعت تلك المصانع يُرَدُّ ثمنها إلى مصارف الزكاة دون غيرها من المصارف الخيرية.
