4/1 الموجودات الثابتة للتشغيل:
4/2 الموجودات الثابتة الدارَّة للدخل:
لا زكاة في أعيان الموجودات الثابتة الدارَّة للدخل، مثل المستغلَّات (الأعيان المؤجرة) ما دامت ليست معدة للتجارة.
وإنما تجب الزكاة فيما يبقى من إيرادها وغلتها في نهاية الحول؛ بضمه إلى الموجودات الزكوية الأخرى، وتزكيته.
وتظهر هذه الموجودات في القوائم المالية تحت البنود الآتية:
4/2/1 المستغلَّات (الأعيان المؤجرة من عقارات، أو وسائل نقل، أو غيرها): فيزكى ما يبقى من الأجرة عند الحول؛ بضمه للموجودات الزكوية.
4/2/2 الاستثمارات العقارية: فيزكى ما يبقى من غلتها عن الحول؛ بضمه للموجودات الزكوية.
4/2/3 المشروعات الرأسمالية قيد التنفيذ التي ليست للمتاجرة:
إذا كان للمشروع في بعض مراحل إنجازه إيراد فيزكى ما يبقى منه عند الحول بضمه إلى الموجودات الزكوية.
أما ما كان منها مقصوداً بها التجارة فينظر البند 5/2/6/3.
4/2/4 الاستثمارات في الأسهم، بغرض الاحتفاظ بها (النماء): إذا أمكن عن طريق الشركة معرفة ما يخص السهم من الموجودات الزكوية (النقود، وعروض التجارة، والديون المرجوة السداد) فإنه يزكى ذلك.
وإذا لم يمكن ذلك فيزكى ما يخص السهم من الموجودات الزكوية بحسب التحري (التقدير).
وإذا لم يكن لدى الشركة موجودات زكوية؛ فإنه يزكى ما يبقى من صافي الإيراد في نهاية الحول، ولا يحسم من الموجودات الزكوية مخصص هبوط قيمة الاستثمارات في الأسهم بقصد الاحتفاظ.
أما الأسهم المعدة للمتاجرة فيطبق عليها حكم عروض التجارة البند 5/2.
4/2/5 الاستثمارات في أسهم الشركات التابعة: وهي – محاسبياً - ما تمتلك المؤسسة الأم نسبة 50 % منها.
ويُبْدَأ بحساب زكاة الشركة التابعة مستقلة، ثم تُخْرِج الشركة الأم زكاة نصيبها في الشركة بنسبة ملكيتها فيها، أما الباقي فتلتزم بزكاته الأطراف الأخرى (حقوق الأقلية).
وهذا إذا لم تقم الشركة التابعة بإخراج زكاتها مباشرة.
