الشك في العبادة
إذا وجب شيء على المكلف فأداه ثم شك بعد الفراغ منه أنه هل أداه على الوجه الصحيح الكامل شرعا أوْ لا؟
بنى على الصحة واكتفى بما أداه في حالتين: الأولى: ان يكون العمل الذي أداه غير قابل للتكميل فعلا، ومثاله ان يصلى ثم يشك في أنه هل كان على وضوء حين الصلاة أو هل استقبل القبلة في الصلاة أو هل ركع في كل ركعة فان التكميل هنا غير ممكن، وانما الممكن اعادتها من الأساس.
وكذلك إذا ركع ثم قام وشك في أنه هل كان مستقرا في ركوعه أوْ لا؟
فإن الركوع الذي وقع لا يمكن اصلاحه وانما الممكن إعادة الركوع.
الثانية: ان يكون ذلك العمل الذي أداه محددا شرعا بأن يؤدى قبل عمل آخر وقد بدأ المكلف في العمل الاخر ثم تشكك في صحة عمله الأول، ومثاله: الأذان بأن يؤدى قبل الإقامة ويشك المكلف بعد أن بدأ بالإقامة أنه هل أتى بكل أجزاء الأذان أوْ لا،
ومثال آخر: الإقامة بأن تؤدى قبل الصلاة ويشك المكلف بعد أن بدأ بالصلاة انه هل أقام أوْ لا.
ومثال ثالث: الركوع بأن يكون قبل السجود فيسجد المكلف ويشك في أنه ركع أو لا،
ففي هذه الفروض يمضي ولا يلتفت إلى شكه.
