تعريف زكاة الفطر:

اتفق الفقهاء على أن زكاة الفطر واجبة على كل مسلم([1] ، مستدلين:
بما رواه ابن عمر رضي الله عنهما، قال: فَرَضَ رَسُول اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ زَكَاةَ الْفِطْرِ مِنْ رَمَضَانَ عَلَى النَّاسِ صَاعًا مِنْ تَمْرٍ، أَوْ صَاعًا مِنْ شَعِيرٍ، عَلَى كُل حُرٍّ، أَوْ عَبْدٍ، ذَكَرٍ أَوْ أُنْثَى مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ([2] .
وبقوله صلى الله عليه وسلم: "أَدُّوا عَنْ كُل حُرٍّ وَعَبْدٍ صَغِيرٍ أَوْ كَبِيرٍ، نِصْفَ صَاعٍ مِنْ بُرٍّ أَوْ صَاعًا مِنْ تَمْرٍ أَوْ شَعِيرٍ"([3] .
وهو أمر، والأمر يقتضي الوجوب.
