عَن قَتَادَةُ، فِي قَوْلِهِ: {وَلَا يَبْخَسْ مِنْهُ شَيْئًا} يَقُولُ: "لا يكتم مِنْهُ شيئاً، اتقى الله شاهد فِي شهادته، لا يُنْقِص مِنْهَا حقاً، وَلا يزيد فِيهَا باطلاً، اتقى الله كاتب فِي كتابته، لا يَدَعَنَّ مِنْهُ حقاً، وَلا يزيدن فِيهِ باطلاً. قَالَ خَارِجَةَ بْنِ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ فِي قَوْلِهِ: {وَلَا يَبْخَسْ مِنْهُ شَيْئًا} قَالَ: «لَا يُنْقِصْ مِنْ حَقِّ هَذَا الرَّجُلِ شَيْئًا إِذَا أَمْلَى». عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، فِي قَوْلِ اللَّهِ: {وَلا يَبْخَسْ مِنْهُ شَيْئًا} يَقُولُ: وَلا يُنْقِصْ مِنْ حَقِّ الطَّالِبِ شَيْئًا. عن الْحَسَنَ في قَوْلِهِ: {وَلا يَبْخَسْ مِنْهُ شَيْئًا} قَالَ: لَا يَظْلِمُ مِنْهُ شَيْئًا وَلا يُنْقِصُ مِمَّا عَلَيْهِ شَيْئًا. نهاه عن البخس وهو النقص، وقيل: إنه نهي للكاتب، والأول أولى لأن من عليه الحق هو الذي يتوقع منه النقص، ولو كان نهياً للكاتب لم يقتصر في نهيه على النقص؛ لأنه يتوقع منه الزيادة كما يتوقع منه النقص. إذ الإنسان مجبولٌ على دفع الضرر عنه، وعرضةٌ للطمع، وربما يستخفه طمعُه إلى نقصِ شيءٍ من الحق، أو الإبهامِ في الإقرار الذي يُمْلِى على الكاتب؛ تمهيداً للمجادلة والمماطلة. يَدُلُّ عَلَى أَنَّ كُلَّ مَنْ أَقَرَّ بِشَيْءٍ لِغَيْرِهِ فَالْقَوْلُ قَوْلُهُ فِيهِ؛ لِأَنَّ الْبَخْسَ هُوَ النَّقْصُ فَلَمَّا وَعَظَهُ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى فِي تَرْكِ الْبَخْسِ دَلَّ ذَلِكَ عَلَى أَنَّهُ إذَا بَخَسَ كَانَ قَوْلُهُ مَقْبُولًا. فيه أن كل من عليه حق فالقول قوله فيه لأنه تعالى لما وعظه في ترك البخس دل على أنه إذا بخس كان قوله مقبولاً وهذه قاعدة تحتها فروع لا تحصى. أمر أن لهذا المملي الذي عليه الحق بأن يقر بتمام المال الذي عليه ولا ينقص منه شيئا. والبخس النقص. يقول: لا ينقص من الحق شيئاً، يعني المطلوب. ويقال: يعني الكاتب، ولا يبخس في الكتابة شيئاً. أي: من ذلك الحق الذي اتفق عليه الطرفان، بأن يكتبه حرفيا وانتهي عن البعض يشمل الكل. وهو يتعدّى لاثنين، وهما «النَّاس» و«أشياءهم»، أي: لا تنقصوهم أشياءهم ولا يظلموهم. النهي في قوله: {ولا يبخس منه شيئاً}: أمرٌ بالوفاء، كانه قيل له: لتكتبه كاملاً. ولا ينقص من الحق الذي عليه شيئا في الإملاء، فيكون جحودا لبعض الحق. أي: ولا ينقص مما عليه من الدين شيئًا في إلقاء الألفاظ على الكاتب. وهو يتعدَّى لاثنين وهما: الناسَ وأشياءَهم أي: لا تُنْقصوهم أشياءهم. ولا ينقص من الحق الذي عليه شيئاً في الإملاء فيكون جحوداً لبعض حقه. ولا ينقص مَنْ عليه الحق شيئًا مما عليه من الدَّين، وإن كان صغيرًا. أي: ولا ينقص من الحق الذي عليه شيئاً في الإملاء أو في الكتابة. لا ينقص من الدين الذي عليه شيء ولو قل كفلس وليذكره كله. أي: لا ينقص من هذا الدين الذي وجب عليه شيئاً. أي: وَلَا يَنْقُصْ مِنْهُ أَيْ مِنَ الْحَقِّ الَّذِي عَلَيْهِ شَيْئًا. أي: لا ينقص؛ لا في كميته، ولا كيفيته، ولا نوعه. أَيْ: لا يَنْقُصْ مِنْهُ أَيْ مِنَ الْحَقِّ الَّذِي عَلَيْهِ شَيْئًا. قال: لا ينقص من حق هذا الرجل شيئًا إذا أملى. وَلَا ينقص مِمَّا عَلَيْهِ من الدّين شَيْئا فِي الْإِمْلَاء. لا ينقص من الدَّينِ الذي عليه شيء وَلَوْ قَلّ. يعني: وَلا ينقص المطلوب من الحق شيئًا. أمر بأن يقر بمبلغ المال من غير نقصان. لا ينقص مِنَ الحق شَيْئاً، يعني المطلوب. يَقُول: لَا ينقص من حق الطَّالِب شَيْئا. أَيْ: لَا يَنْقُصْ بِالْمُخَادَعَةِ أَوِ الْمُدَافَعَةِ. أَيْ: لَا يَنْقُصُ مِنْهُ شَيْئًا مَا، وَإِنْ قَلَّ. لأن الإيمان يمنع ظلمَ الناسِ. ولا ينقص مما عليه شَيْئًا. أي: لاَ يَنْقُصْ مِنْهُ شَيْئاً. أَيْ: لَا يَكْتُمُ مِنْهُ شَيْئًا. أي: ويكتم منه شيئا. لَا يَظْلِمْ مِنْهُ شَيْئًا. أي: من الحق. أي ينقص. أي من الحق.
