{وَتِلْكَ حُدُودُ اللَّهِ يُبَيِّنُهَا لِقَوْمٍ يَعْلَمُونَ} [البقرة: 230].
{ وَتِلْكَ حُدُودُ اللَّهِ يُبَيِّنُهَا لِقَوْمٍ يَعْلَمُون َ} [البقرة: 230] .
أي إن الأحكام بيَّنها الله على لسان نبيه في كتابه الكريم لأهل العلم بفائدتها، ومعرفة ما فيها من المصلحة، ليعملوا بها على الوجه الذي تتحقق به الفائدة والمنفعة. قد بيَّنها لقوم مِن شأنهم أن يعلموا الأمور على وجوهها، ويدركوها على حقيقتها، ومَن لم يلتزمها فقد ضل ضلالاً مبيناً. يعني يعلمون ما أمرهم به ونهاهم عنه، وإنما خص العلماء؛ لأنهم هم الذين ينتفعون بذلك البيان. تلك شرائع الله وأحكامه يوضحها ويبيّنها لذوي العلم والفهم؛ الذين ينظرون في عواقب الأمور. يعلمون الحقائق. ويعلمون المصالح المترتبة على العمل بها. خص العَالِمِيْن بالذكر، لأنهم الذين ينتفعون ببيان الآيات. فيفيدهم العلم ويعملون به، ويقيمون سلوكهم عليه. أي يعلمون ان أمر الله حق لا ينبغي ان يتجاوز.
