الباب السابع:
الحج
مطلب: تعريف الحج.

هـ - التطيب:
الطيب
تفصيل أحكام التطيب للمُحْرِم:
تطييب الثوب:
وهو أصل في الباب، للتنصيص عليه، ومن هنا قالوا: المُحْرِم ممنوع من استعمال الطيب في إزاره، أو ردائه، وجميع ثيابه، وفراشه، ونعله حتى لو علق بنعله طيب وجب أن يبادر لنزعه،
ولا يضع على بدنه ثوباً مسه الورس أو الزعفران، أو نحوُهما من صبغ له طيب.
كذلك لا يجوز له حملُ طيب تفوح رائحته، أو شدُه (ربطه) بطرف ثوبه.
أما الثوب الذي فيه طيب قبل الإحرام فلا يجوز عند الحنفية والمالكية لبسه.
ويجوز عند الشافعية والحنابلة تطييب ثوب الإحرام عند إرادة الإحرام.
ولا يضر بقاء الرائحة في الثوب بعد الإحرام، كما لا يضر بقاء الرائحة الطيبة في البدن اتفاقاً، قياساً للثوب على البدن.
تطييب البدن:
يحظر على المُحْرِم استعمال الطيب في بدنه، وعليه الفدية؛ ولو للتداوي.
ولا يخضب رأسه، أو لحيته، أو شيئاً من جسمه، ولا يغسله بما فيه طيب.
شم الطيب:
شم الطيب دون مسٍ يكره عند جمهور الفقهاء، ولا جزاء فيه عندهم([1] .
أما الحنابلة فقالوا: يحرم تعمد شمِ الطيب، ويجب فيه الفداء، كالمسك والكافور، ونحوهما مما يُتَطَيَّب بشمه.
