مطلب: نواقض الوضوء:
بعضها متفق عليه، وبعضها مختلف فيه، وذلك على التفصيل الآتي:
أولاً - الخارج من السبيلين أو خروج شيء منهما، والإفرازات الطبيعية عند المرأة بين الطهارة والنجاسة.
ثانياً: خروج النجاسات من غير السبيلين.
ثالثاً: زوال العقل (الحَدَث الحكمي): زوال العقل قد يكون بالنوم، أو الجنون، أو السُّكر، أو الإغماء، أو الغَشِي.
رابعاً: مس فرج الآدمي.
خامساً: التقاء بشرتي الرجل والمرأة.
سادساً: القهقهة في الصلاة.
سابعاً: أكل ما مسته النار.
ثامناً: الوضوء من أكل لحم الجزور:
اختلف الفقهاء في نقض الوضوء بأكل لحم الجزور والإبل، على قولين([1] ) :
الأول: يرى جمهور الفقهاء أنه لا ينقض الوضوء؛ كأكل سائر الأطعمة، ولحديث: "الْوُضُوءُ مِمَّا يَخْرُجُ، وَلَيْسَ مِمَّا يَدْخُلُ"([2] ) .
الثاني: يجب الوضوء من أكل لحم الجزور خاصة: لا فرق بين قليله وكثيره، وكونه نيئاً أو غير نيئ، وهو قول الشافعي في القديم، واحتجوا بحديث جابر بن سمرة رضي الله عنه: أن رجلاً سأل رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: أأتوضأ من لحوم الغنم؟ قال: إِنْ شِئْتَ فَتَوَضَّأْ، وَإِنْ شِئْتَ فَلاَ تَوَضَّأَ، قال: أتوضأ من لحوم الإبل؟ قال: نَعَمْ، فَتَوَضَّأْ مِنْ لُحُومِ الإِبِلِ"([3] ) .
وعن البراء رضي الله عنه: سئل رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم عن الوضوء من لحوم الإبل، فقال: "تَوَضَّئُوا مِنْهَا"([4] ) .
وللحنابلة في نقض الوضوء بأكل لحوم الإبل تفصيل([5] ) :
فالمذهب أن الوضوء ينتقض بأكل لحوم الجزور، سواء عَلِمَهُ أو جَهِلَه، وسواء كان نيئاً أو مطبوخاً، وسواء كان عالماً بالحديث الوارد في ذلك أو لا.
وعن أحمد: ينقض نيئه دون مطبوخه.
وعنه: لا ينقض مطلقاً.
وعنه: إن علم النهي انتقض وضوءه، وإلا فلا.
