11 ـ اتفق الفقهاء على أنه يكره للمصلي أن يصلي مستقبلاً لرجل أو امرأة([1] .
عن علي رضي الله عنه أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم رأى رجلاً يصلي إلى رجل، فأمره أن يعيد الصلاة([2] .
كما صرح الحنفية والشافعية والحنابلة بكراهة الصلاة إلى متحدث؛ لأنه يَشْغَلُهُ عن حضور قلبه في الصلاة، لكن الحنفية قيدوا الكراهة بما إذا خيف الغلط بحديثه.
وزاد الحنابلة: النائم، فتكره الصلاة إليه؛ لحديث ابن عباس رضي الله عنهما أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: "لاَ تُصَلُّوا خَلْفَ النَّائِمِ وَلاَ الْمُتَحَدِّثِ"([3] .
وذهب الحنفية والشافعية إلى عدم الكراهة ؛لحديث عائشة رضي الله عنها قالت: كان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يصلي وأنا راقدة معترضة على فراشه، فإذا أراد أن يوتر أيقظني فأوترت([4] . وهذا يقتضي أنها كانت نائمة.
