ب - صلاة الفريضة:
الأصل أن صلاة الفريضة على الراحلة لا تجوز إلا لعذر.
عن جابر بن عبد الله رضي الله عنهما أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم كان يصلي على راحلته نحو المشرق، فإذا أراد أن يصلي المكتوبة، نزل، فاستقبل القبلة([1] .
ولأن شرط الفريضة المكتوبة أن يكون المصلي مستقبل القبلة، مستقراً في جميعها، فلا تصح من الراكب المُخِلِّ بقيام، أو استقبال للقبلة([2] .
وقد عدد الفقهاء الأعذار التي تبيح الصلاة على الراحلة، ومن ذلك:
الخوف على النفس، أو المال من عدو، أو سَبُعٍ، أو خوف الانقطاع عن الرفقة، أو التأذي بالمطر، والوحل؛ ففي مثل هذه الأحوال تجوز صلاة الفريضة على الراحلة بالإيماء، من غير ركوع وسجود([3] .
عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ يَعْلَى بْنِ مُرَّةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، أَنَّهُمْ كَانُوا مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي سَفَرٍ، فَانْتَهَوْا إِلَى مَضِيقٍ، فَحَضَرَتِ الصَّلَاةُ، فَمُطِرُوا، السَّمَاءُ مِنْ فَوْقِهِمْ، وَالبِلَّةُ مِنْ أَسْفَلَ مِنْهُمْ، " فَأَذَّنَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهُوَ عَلَى رَاحِلَتِهِ، وَأَقَامَ، فَتَقَدَّمَ عَلَى رَاحِلَتِهِ، فَصَلَّى بِهِمْ يُومِئُ إِيمَاءً: يَجْعَلُ السُّجُودَ أَخْفَضَ مِنَ الرُّكُوعِ"([4] .
