أنواع الاستسقاء وأفضله:
قال الشافعية والحنابلة([1] : الاستسقاء ثلاثة أنواع:
النوع الأول: وهو أدناها، الدعاء بلا صلاة، ولا بعد صلاة، فرادى ومجتمعين لذلك، في المسجد أو غيره، وأحسن الدعاء ما كان من أهل الخير.
النوع الثاني: وهو أوسطها، الدعاء بعد صلاة الجمعة، أو غيرها من الصلوات، وفي خطبة الجمعة، ونحو ذلك.
النوع الثالث: وهو أفضلها، الاستسقاء بصلاة ركعتين وخطبتين، وتَأَهُّبٍ لها قبل ذلك، يستوي في ذلك أهل القرى والأمصار والبوادي والمسافرون، ويسن لهم جميعاً الصلاة والخطبتان، ويستحب ذلك للمنفرد إلا الخطبة.
وقال المالكية([2] : الاستسقاء بالدعاء سنة، أي: سواء أكان بصلاة أم بغير صلاة، ولا يكون الخروج إلى المصلى إلا عند الحاجة الشديدة إلى الغيث، حيث فعله رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم.
وأما الحنفية: فأبو حنيفة يفضل الدعاء والاستغفار في الاستسقاء؛ لأنه السنة، وأما الصلاة فرادى فهي مباحة عنده، وليست بسنة، لفعل الرسول لها مرة، وتركها أخرى([3] . وأما محمد بن الحسن فقد قال: الاستسقاء يكون بالدعاء، أو بالصلاة والدعاء، والكل عنده سنة، وفي مرتبة واحدة([4] . وأما أبو يوسف فالنقل عنه مختلف في المسألة، فقد روى أنه مع الإمام، وروى أنه مع محمد([5] .
