أ _ زكاة الإبل:
وبناء على الأحاديث الواردة، تؤخذ الزكاة من الإبل حسب الجدول التالي:

من 91 - 120
فيها حقتان.
من 121 – 129
فيها 3 بنات لبون.

فيها حقتان وبنت لبون.

فيها 3 حقاق.
من 160 – 169
فيها 4 بنات لبون.
وهكذا فيما زاد، في كل 40 بنت لبون، وفي كل 50 حقة.
وهذا الجدول جار على مذهب الشافعية، ورواية في مذهب الحنابلة، وأوله إلى 120 مجمع عليه.
واختلف فيما بين 121 - 129 فقال مالك يتخير الساعي بين حقتين وثلاث بنات لبون([1] .
وذهب الحنفية إلى أن الفريضة تستأنف بعد 120، ففي كل خمس مما زاد عليها شاةٌ بالإضافة إلى الحقتين، فإن بلغ الزائد ما فيه بنت مخاض أو بنت لبون وجبت إلى أن يبلغ الزائد ما فيه حقة فتجب.

واحتجوا بما في حديث قيس بن سعد أنه قال: قلت لأبي بكر بن محمد بن عمرو بن حزم: أخرج لي كتاب الصدقات الذي كتبه رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، قال: فأخرج كتاباً في ورقة وفيه: "فَإِذَا زَادَتِ الإِبِل عَلَى مِائَةٍ وَعِشْرِينَ اسْتُؤْنِفَتِ الْفَرِيضَةُ"([3] .
