الصوم المكروه، ويشمل ما يلي:
أ - إفراد يوم الجمعة بالصوم:
نَصَّ على كراهته جمهور الفقهاء( [1] ) ، وقد ورد فيه حديث عن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: "لاَ تَصُومُوا يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ، إِلاَّ وَقَبْلَهُ يَوْمٌ، أَوْ بَعْدَهُ يَوْمٌ"( [2] ) ، وفي رواية: "إِنَّ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ يَوْمُ عِيدٍ، فَلاَ تَجْعَلُوا يَوْمَ عِيدِكُمْ يَوْمَ صِيَامِكُمْ، إِلاَّ أَنْ تَصُومُوا قَبْلَهُ أَوْ بَعْدَهُ"( [3] ) .
وورد في حديث ابن عباس رضي الله عنهما أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: "لاَ تَصُومُوا يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ وَحْدَهُ"( [4] ) .
وتنتفي الكراهة بضم يوم آخر إليه، لحديث جويرية بنت الحارث رضي الله عنها أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم دخل عليها يوم الجمعة، وهي صائمة، فقال: "أَصُمْتِ أَمْسِ؟، قالت: لا. قال: "تُرِيدِينَ أَنْ تَصُومِي غَدًا"؟ قالت: لا. قال: "فَأَفْطِرِي"( [5] ) .
